    Olympus sensors have a 2x crop factor. For my 12mm lens, the calculation works as follows: 400 / (12mm x 2) = 16.6 seconds. I would round this down to the closest available shutter speed. Therefore, an exposure of 15 seconds should result in sharp stars.
