The Science of Fluorescence Photography

    https://www.divephotoguide.com/underwater-photography-special-features/article/science-technology-fluorescence-photography/
In fluorescence, or fluoro, photography, one uses a blue light torch (or a strobe fitted with an excitation filter) to stimulate biofluorescence, while using a barrier filter to photograph the effect. Fluoro diving and photography isn’t only possible at night. It can also be done under certain daytime conditions—often with remarkable results.

fluorescence photography | Britannica

    https://www.britannica.com/technology/fluorescence-photography
Fluorescence photography can identify dyes, stains, and markings, specific chemical substances, and fluorescent components in microscope specimens. New from Britannica Now commonly used as body armor, Kevlar fabric was invented in an attempt to make lightweight tires to increase car gas mileage. See All Good Facts

Getting Started with UV Fluorescence Photography.

    https://adaptalux.com/getting-started-uv-fluorescence-photography/
The most important aspect of UV Fluorescence photography is the source of the UV light and controlling the visible spectrum (more on that later). We have been using our new UV Lighting Arms ( currently on Kickstarter) which are specially designed to cut out 99% of visible light and produce only UV.

Fluorescence Photography without Darkness - NIGHTSEA

    https://nightsea.com/articles/fluorescence-photography-without-darkness/
A barrier filter on your camera lens that blocks the reflected excitation light and transmits the fluorescence. A camera that can sync to the flash at fast shutter speeds. Ideally at least 1/200 second, and 1/250 to 1/500 is even better. Do not go shorter than 1/500 second even if your camera will let you.

Fluorescence Photography - Introduction

    https://www.medicalphotography.com.au/Article_02/01.html
From such a graph the maximum absorption frequency (or wavelength) can be determined. The aim in fluorescence photography is to stimulate the subject with radiation that corresponds to this maximum absorption frequency - the ideal excitation filter would therefore correspond to the curve for the maximum absorption.

Fluorescence Photography - Crime Scene Investigator

    https://www.crime-scene-investigator.net/flouresc.html
Fluorescence Photography Certain radiations (including ultraviolet can be used to excite fluorescence in an object and that fluorescence can be photographed. Uses in Law Enforcement Inks on questioned documents. Other subjects after other methods have failed. Equipment, Films and Filters Camera and lens with a Kodak Wratten Filter #2A.

Fluorescence Imaging - Teledyne Photometrics

    https://www.photometrics.com/learn/microscopy-basics/fluorescence-imaging
For researchers, the main benefit of fluorescence is the ability to use fluorescence microscopy, where samples are labeled/stained with a fluorescent substance such as a dye, antibody or protein, allowing images to have contrast. By targeting these fluorescent labels, researchers can select what they want to see.

Ultraviolet Fluorescence Photography (UVF) – Cultural …

    https://chsopensource.org/ultraviolet-fluorescence-photography-uvf/
Ultraviolet Fluorescence photography is one of the most important method for the examination of works of art and archaeology. It is part of the Technical Photography documentation and it is used for the examination of many kind of artifacts.

Ultraviolet-induced visible fluorescence photography

    https://www.holovachov.com/fluorescence
Fluorescence photography, therefore, refers to capturing of light emitted by the object instantly, under the influence of shorter wave electromagnetic radiation. In the most common case, the long ultraviolet wavelength is used to excite fluorescence in visible spectrum.
