- Shooting through plexi glass can be tough. If the plane has a window that will open, use it. Sometimes this can only be on the pilot's side but a good pilot will let you sit there and fly the plane from the right side. A high shutter speed is good but I have seen some great air to air images with prop blur that were shot at below 1/100.
