It entirely depends on the lens, the sensor format (theres a balance between sharpness and onset of diffraction softening, particularly on 1.6crop) and the area of the frame in which you most value maximum sharpness. For fast primes, around f5.6 in many cases, for fast zooms maybe f8.

If I’m shooting at 1/6400 will the quality of the photo be the same if I was shooting 1/30. Assuming everything is equal and there is no vibration?
