I've taken some OKish fairly long distance moon shots in Australia in the dying light of day on ...

- You should be able to get good astro shots with your NEX-6. The kit lens is not the best but could work. - My parents own a sony nex-6 for casual use and I'm trying to use it for a bit of astrophotography. I know it's not the best of cameras for such use but I was wondering what would be the best mode (there's like 6 different I can see) and settings for milky-way and lunar type photos. There is a 18-55mm lens and also a 55-210mm lens that I can use.
