    There are various pens for marking/writing on paper, photos, fabric, etc. I have a couple different photo pens; I like the Sakura Identi-pen. I've used those Micron pigma pens but on fabric (not sure if I ever tried one on an inkjet print). There are those Zig pens, and Stabilo pencils - you might want to try various ones.
