    Bring a copy of your application (where it lists the dimensions / other requirements for the photo just to be sure there isnt any confusion. Go to a Shopper's Drug Mart that does passport photos, those work. They'll take the photo and print you out 2 copies. It's less than $10. Yep, passport photos worked fine for me.
