    All prime lenses are good for D5100. It depends on what you want to shoot it with. 35 mm is a normal focal length. Good for overall and street photography. 50 mm is a bit tele. Very good for portrait especially. 85 mm is more telephoto focal length. You will get better out of focus background than the 50 mm. 90/ 105 (sigma/tamron) mm macro.
