    nathanielpaust. You can hyper film by heating it in a hydrogen atmosphere (sounds like a great idea) to drive off water and improve long-exposure performance of the film. Unfortunately, 30 seconds had no effect on the film whatsoever. Mind you, it was still in a metal canister, so your milage may vary with rollfilm or bulkload plastic canisters.
