- Had a good time working for Lifetouch as a Photographer in Cranston RI. You are expected to drive a lot during the fall season, with a lot of equipment in your car (they pay you by the hour plus mileage during commute). Must be patient and be good with people. Your day depends on how organized/friendly the school you are taking pictures at is.

Very very very minimal training for people who are hired with no experience. So you are left floundering to figure it out yourself. Tech issues all the time. A lot of schools don’t have service for some ...

- Re: Any one ever work for Lifetouch Photography. In reply to mironv • Apr 1, 2008. I had a guy assist me recently who works at LP. He gets paid $125 a day, pays his own gas and expenses. Sometimes he has to carry the equipment up many flights of stairs. The whole set up is foolproof and about as creative as raking leaves.
