How to work out the weight of a printed piece before it’s printed
- https://www.calverts.coop/how-to-work-out-the-weight-of-a-printed-piece/
- Here's how you do it: Multiply the weight of your paper by the measurements of the printed item then multiply that figure by the number of leaves (not pages!) So, 90gsm paper at a size of 240 x 170mm will be 90 x .24 x .17 = 3.67 grammes. Multiply that by the number of leaves (8, for example) will give you 3.67 x 8 = 29.36 grammes.
