- They make a direct positive paper for pinhole cameras. Other than the advantage of direct positive paper, I would look for paper that doesn't have developer incorporated. Read a bit about it here, then google it Basically, most RC (resin coated, plastic ilke paper, as opposed to fiber based) papers have developer incorporated. - Preflashing the front of the paper, using a dimmer enlarger light (lens at f/32) for 2 seconds with grade 2 light, then normal in-camera pinhole exposure onto grade 2 RC paper for ~1/2 of "normal" daylight exposure yields: nice paper negative with good tonal range, albeit a bit soft. - I took an image of the pinhole and viewed it on my computer. 'A' was 160mm, 'B' was 5mm and the equivalent distance to A on the actual camera (C) was 11mm. The actual pinhole diameter was therefore 5x (11/160) = 0.34mm. The f-number is focal length divided by the pinhole diameter which is 180/0.34 = 524.
