    30+ years ago, when I had a Celestron 8 telescope, I used eyepiece projection to photograph planets with my film camera. I no longer have that telescope, but have dabbled with astrophotography using my Canon 7DII camera body and primes lenses ranging from 50mm to 400mm with a star tracker.
