On Instagram I just add a caption, but on Flickr, 500px etc. then, yes, I add a title and a caption :) Sometimes it's just a literal one (pink flowers) sometimes I get more creative :) I like seeing titles rather than the file name even when I'm browsing other peoples pictures :)
