- The CF card is 400x and the SD is just a bit slower. I own two of each (along with a host of smaller cards, 32, 16, and smaller. 16GB seems to be my threshold of pain for even putting in the camera. I think you can get much faster CF cards (1000x!) for a lot more money and moderately faster SD cards.
