    Not sure if still around but iOptron used to sell a "starter" AP setup of their SmartEQ mount and the WO Zenithstar ED 71 scope. That is probably the cheapest way into astrophotography and still expect/get good results. So it is something like that which I would suggest you aim for or consider.
