My camera meters my lights and my display at 35mm, 1/80th, f/4.5, ISO 200 which calculates to 100 cd/m2. The problem I'm finding with this formula is I'm not getting a constant result changing apertures and thusly different seconds readouts as metered by the camera. Setting aperture to f/16 I get 1/6th second which calculates out to 95 cd/m2.
