    Here is a pic of the mount I'm trying to use. The top piece of the ballhead is what usually get screwed into a camera and it magnetically attached to the bottom piece. Since that screw on the top piece is not very long and I had a T-nut hammered into the bottom piece of plywood of my barn door mount, it wasn't secured very well.
